- Sunrise and sunset exterior photos can help make a property stand out, adding a sense of luxury to your listing. A return trip to the property to capture exteriors in the best light can be extremely beneficial.

Interiors
- I shoot wide angle, 5 shot brackets with a flash shot for every photo, creating true color accurate representations of rooms and spaces. Camera height, focal points, room preparation and maximizing angles are what I can and do control to show spaces in the best way possible. Corners and doorways are great for some spaces, but knowing the optimal camera positions and framing comes with ten years experience.
Exteriors
- For daytime exteriors, I always try and schedule shoots in the best sunlight possible. I am all about providing full coverage with a few extra options for exteriors.
